Service terms

Job Frame is operated by Elijah Rosado, an individual doing business as Job Frame. These terms apply to use of the service. Updated September 9, 2026. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

The service

Job Frame helps businesses create documents, manage customers and employees, schedule work, and record payments received elsewhere. It does not collect payments from your customers or provide accounting, tax, legal, or employment advice. Review documents, recipients, tax settings, and payment entries before using them.

Accounts and employees

Use an account you are authorized to access. Business owners control invitations and job assignments and are responsible for removing access when someone leaves. You must have permission to store or share customer and employee information.

Pricing and seats

The subscription price is $10 USD monthly for the owner’s business account and $10 monthly for each additional employee seat. Invitations reserve seats. An employee’s removal immediately ends their business access and frees a seat for reuse, while retaining their job history. Paid seat reductions take effect at renewal. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. The total and any prorated charge for additional seats are shown before confirmation. Additional seats become available after payment succeeds. Stripe processes subscription payments.

14-day free trial

First-time subscribers receive one 14-day trial per owner account after completing Stripe checkout with a payment card. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges the selected monthly total: $10 for the owner plus $10 per additional employee seat, and any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Your trial end date and monthly total appear in Subscription. Trial seat changes are free, take effect immediately, and change the amount charged after the trial without extending the trial. Returning subscribers do not receive another trial. Cancel during the trial to prevent the first charge; access continues to the trial end date.

Cancellation and overdue payments

Owners may cancel renewal in Subscription. Access continues through the current trial or paid period. Once cancellation takes effect or payment becomes overdue, billing enforcement restricts the workspace to reading and exporting records, managing billing, and removing employee access. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment by emailing support from your account email. Include a cancellation request if you also want to stop future renewals. This policy does not limit rights required by law.

Records after cancellation

Export your business records within 90 days after your trial or paid subscription access ends. We will email advance notice before deleting your business records. Support handles deletion, which may take additional processing time. Limited billing, security, dispute, and legally required records may be retained separately. See our privacy notice.

Responsible use and availability

Do not use the service to send unsolicited email, access another business’s records, or store information you lack permission to handle. Keep your own exports of important business records. Maintenance and interruptions may occur. We will notify you before material pricing changes apply to a future renewal.
